Freedom of Assembly
Lest we be accused of negativism, for the record we're happy for Iraq's new National Assembly, mortars notwithstanding. Given what's transpired in our own Congress, we wonder if the former Baathists who shelled the Green Zone might be coaxed into shelling Capitol Hill instead (Triumph: I keed, I keed).
