Hint to Congress: Now might be a good time to consider pushing for Phase Two of the Senate Select Intelligence Committee investigation into the Administration's use of intelligence before the Iraq war.
Considering that the "last throes" of the insurgency will likely last longer than the war so far, it might be a good idea to figure out 1) what the hell we're going to do about that, and 2) who might, you know, be kinda sorta responsible for this
